The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on March 24, 2026, in Room 310 at the County Administration Center, 1600 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA, to review and make final approvals for the DRAFT 2026-27 Annual Plan.

We invite the public and community partners to review the draft and provide any feedback during the 30-day comment period, beginning February 20th and ending March 24, 2026. The Annual Plan Supplemental section will reflect all CDBG projects including Recommended projects, Alternative projects, and Ineligible projects, from our most recent CDBG Application cycle. Written comments can be emailed to: Community.Development@sdcounty.ca.gov.
